How do I book?

Register with Mawgan via phone, 07756 178597 message via the website or email corebalancepilatesstudio@gmail.com.

You must complete and return a health questionnaire a minimum of 24 hours before your first session. This will be sent to you via email. 

All sessions are 55 minutes.

How do I pay?

First session can be booked and paid for as a standalone for £55 or as the first class of a package. Payments made by bank transfer - details will be provided.

All subsequent sessions must be booked in a block of five at a price of £250, paid at the time of booking via bank transfer.

The five sessions must be taken within a maximum of 10 weeks.

Cancellation policy

If there is space available you can change your booking date and time – a minimum of 24 hours is required to do so. 

Cancellations less than 18 hours in advance will be charged in full.

Sessions must be redeemed within the confirmed period and cannot be rolled over.

If you have paid for a package of classes and then find you are unable to continue, please contact me on corebalancepilatesstudio@gmail.com or call 07756 178597 to discuss. 

Every effort will be made to let you know in advance the session needs to be cancelled with as much notice as possible and an alternative session will be proposed at the earliest opportunity. 

Useful information

Ahead of your first session, please check with your doctor if you are unsure about your ability to exercise. If you have been referred to Pilates by a health professional, please provide any medical information ahead of your first class. 

Time keeping is important to me, so please arrive promptly, and no more than five minutes ahead of the start of your session. 

Please wear appropriate attire without any zips, buttons or poppers as these damage the upholstery on the equipment. Grippy socks are advised but not compulsory. 

Please tie back long hair.
